*liking my friends’ music enough to listen to that and only that

yesterday i saw a deer in my backyard, and i’ve grown used to seeing black snakes sunning themselves in the road and everywhere else, and all the straight roads and familiar roads are good for speeding. i feel comfortable in my house though i live with men, and i think they as much as i wouldn’t mind living deeper in the forest.

i wish that i was moving to detriot tomorrow! but since i am not i will go for a walk and enjoy where i am and all the nice things that are around. grad school on my mind constantly. i can’t wait to grow.

the story of the ducks
there were twelve ducks on the farm. eleven ducks were eaten by one cat. the last duck was found with its head in the throat of a black snake and its body wrapped up. farmer allen pulled it out and now we don’t let it out of our sight.
